𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee inventory management through the TOME app to ensure stock availability and minimize wastage.
- Implement and monitor compliance with SOPs.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting itel Home products, accessories, and services.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost revenue.
- Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service, including live product demonstrations in experience zones.
- Manage the Carl Care Services counter, ensuring after-sales support for walk-in customers.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Develop training programs on product knowledge, customer interaction, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Execute in-store promotions and campaigns as per itel Home’s marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive footfall through localized and social media campaigns.
- Promote the customer loyalty program and track its performance.
- Monitor cash flow, manage daily transactions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Handle store expenses within the allocated budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including pricing and discount guidelines.
- Work closely with logistics teams to manage stock replenishment and reverse logistics.
- Address stock shortages promptly to minimize sales impact.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales targets, customer feedback, and inventory status to the regional management team.
