WE ARE HIRING HEAD OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the entire product development process, from concept design to final production, ensuring products align with market trends and business goals.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to create innovative and high-quality textile and fashion products.
- Monitor product performance, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements for upcoming collections.
- Research and source materials, fabrics, and production techniques to drive product innovation and cost efficiency.
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Product Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a visual merchandising role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
