Position Details:
Job Title: IQAE Officer
Location: Cantt, Lahore
Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data related to quality assurance and maintain comprehensive records.
- Conduct teacher and course evaluation surveys every semester, as well as other required surveys, and prepare data for analysis.
- Oversee the course file submission process by coordinating with focal persons, conducting random checks, and performing semester-end audits.
- Provide feedback on course file audits to focal persons and department heads while ensuring secure storage of course files.
- Facilitate controlled access to course files for department heads and authorized personnel.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions for faculty and staff on quality enhancement.
- Prepare reports and documentation for accreditation processes and quality audits.
- Send regular reminders and follow-up emails to students, departments, and focal persons.
- Support the organization of external visits by HEC and other accreditation bodies.
- Coordinate with academic departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Assistant Director IQAE.
Job Specifications:
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
Experience: - 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in higher education.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (SPSS proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee audits and compliance checks.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and reporting.
- Self-motivation and ethical responsibility.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
