We are looking for a Computer Operator in the MEM Department for receiving and entering complaints data into the software system, ensuring proper communication of complaints to the concerned technicians, and following up until each issue is resolved. It also includes verifying customer TOT complaints and maintaining zone-wise data for these complaints. Additionally, the role requires preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on complaints and ensuring timely handover of complaints to technicians or vendors for resolution.
