𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Executive HSE
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace and recommend preventive measures to minimize risks.
- Implement safety training programs for employees, ensuring they are aware of safety protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents or near misses to identify the root cause and prevent recurrence.
- Support in conducting drills and ensure that employees know what to do in case of emergencies such as fires, spills or medical situations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections and site visits to assess the effectiveness of safety measures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training programs, incidents and prepare reports.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: - Bachelor’s degree in Science or a relevant field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in safety management, including risk assessments, audits and training.
- HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH would be preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
