3. Efficient inventory management ensures the right products are available at the right time, minimizing costs and maximizing sales in retail.
4. Manage retail operations, ensuring seamless store processes, inventory control, and exceptional customer experiences to drive business growth.
5. Lead the execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.
6. Oversee and optimize staff performance by setting clear goals, providing training, and fostering a high-performance culture to ensure exceptional customer service and alignment with retail objectives.
