Job Description:
Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Procurement is responsible for but not limited to:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw chemicals and packaging materials aligned with production needs and organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risk for chemicals & packaging materials
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers while maintaining quality standards.
- Draft and oversee supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and industry requirements.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and packaging to avoid production delays.

- 3-4 years of experience in an MIS role focused on SAP (Business One) and data management.
- Ability to support SAP (Business One)-related projects, from planning to implementation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Job Description:
MIS Officer is responsible for but not limited to:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor MIS systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement system upgrades and ensure all users are trained on updates
- Collect, process, and analyze data to produce reports for decision-making.
- Create dashboards and performance indicators for tracking business metrics.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data by implementing robust security measures.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to system users to enhance their productivity.
- Work closely with departments to understand their information needs and tailor systems accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through better data and system utilization.
