CEMENT PLANT CCR Cement Mill OPERATOR
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven technical resources to join our team at our Plant Site-Mianwali
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- DAE (Chemical)/(Mechanical), B.Sc./Equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a CCR Cement mill operator in Cement Industry preferably OK Mills or LOESCHE Mills.
- Operate & Control the Cement grinding system via central control room to ensure efficient & optimal production against set KPIs.
- Preferably must have an experience of Operating Siemens CEMAT (PCS-7 V9.1) & ECS-V8.3 FLS plc panels.
- Regulate & monitor process parameters to assure maximum output of plant adhering to equipment safety & stability.
- Troubleshoot operational issues as per process requirement.

CEMENT PLANT CCR KILN OPERATOR
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven technical resources to join our team at our Plant Site-Mianwali
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- DAE (Chemical), B.Sc./Equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a CCR Kiln operator at Cement Plant Having clinker production capacity larger than 5000TPD.
- Operate & control the pyro-processing system via central control room to ensure efficient & optimal production against set KPIs.
- Preferably must have an experience of Operating IKN Or FLS Cross Bar Clinker Cooler.
- Preferably must have an in-depth knowledge and exposure to handle Multi fuels especially Alternative Fuels, High Sulphur Petcoke & High Sulphur Local Coal etc.
- Preferably must have an experience of Operating Siemens CEMAT (PCS-7 V9.1) & ECS-V8.3 FLS plc panels.
- Regulate & monitor process parameters to assure quality & maximize production while adhering to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues as per process requirement.
- Ensure Compliance with environmental regulations & safety procedures during Kiln operation.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- DAE (Chemical)/(Mechanical), B.Sc./Equivalent
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a CCR Raw mill & Coal mill operator at a Cement plant of having capacity larger than 5000TPD.
- Operate & control the Raw materials grinding system (Raw Meal & Coal meal) via central control room to ensure efficient & optimal production against set KPIs.
- Preferably must have an experience of Operating Siemens CEMAT (PCS-7 V9.1) & ECS-V8.3 FLS plc panels.
- Preferably must have an experience of Operating FLS Atox Mills & Loesche Mills.
- Regulate & monitor process parameters to assure maximum output of plant adhering to equipment safety & stability.
- Troubleshoot operational issues as per process requirement, must be well aware of safety concerns regarding coal grinding & fine coal storage issues.
