WE ARE HIRING! ASSISTANT MANAGER ADMIN & HR

We are looking for Assistant Manager Admin & HR for one of our entities engaged in mining business.

Requirements

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
  • Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Perform HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, policy development, employee record maintenance, and performance tracking etc.
  • Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or any relevant degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS.
