We are looking to hire an Executive Production to join our team!
Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily production operations related to injection molding, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
-Maintain the highest standards of product quality while adhering to all safety protocols in production activities.
-Monitor production metrics, such as machine performance and resource utilization, and generate regular reports highlighting performance and improvement opportunities.
-Manage the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection molding machinery to ensure continuous operations.
-Execute the production plan efficiently using approved resources and within set timelines.
-Implement and maintain the 5S methodology to foster a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
Requirements:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Polymer, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
-1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
-Flexibility to adapt to dynamic production demands and priorities.
