Servis Tyres Pvt Ltd is looking to hire a Polymer Research Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
1)- Leads projects and experiments involving formulation of silicone rubbers, adhesive, coatings and functional chemicals.
2)- Working on alternative materials for existing or new products primarily to enhance performance and achieve cost savings.
3)- Developing customized test methods to assess properties of interests of newly developed materials.
4)- Perform statistical analysis to execute projects through experimental design.
5)- Perform material characterization using DSP, DBA, ATR-STIR, rheometer, tensile tester, and contact angle analyzer.
6)- Coordinating with suppliers/vendors to source required materials and equipment for R&D projects.
7)- Reviewing current and relative literature to optimize research projects on regular basis to prepare research report, executive summaries and presentation as required.
