KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company procedures.
- Oversee and monitor gantry and weighbridge operations, ensuring smooth administrative activities.
- Maintain product quality, manage stock levels (loss/gain), and ensure high housekeeping standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and dealers to ensure service excellence.
- Lead and train staff to optimize performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Drive cost efficiency by managing budgets and recommending operational improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSSE policies, conducting regular safety training and drills.
- Coordinate with local authorities, OGRA, and other OMCs to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Manage inventory, oversee emergency responses, and handle equipment procurement.
- Ensure depot operations align with the approved Capex and Opex budgets.
- Represent the company’s interests with stakeholders and ensure timely execution of customer orders.

QUALIFICATION: Master in Business Administration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review daily reports and forecast revenue weekly, monthly, and quarterly to align with business targets.
- Achieve sales targets for all products at fueling sites in the designated area.
- Identify business opportunities through comprehensive “Market Area Surveys.”
- Manage sales for key accounts and distributors to meet fuel, CNG, LPG, and lubricant targets.
- Oversee credit sales, recovery issues, and control monthly expenses within the budget.
- Ensure high standards in customer service, housekeeping, HSSE, safety, and site operations.
- Lead, motivate, and train teams to maintain service excellence.
- Coordinate with supply, logistics, operations, and finance for smooth sales operations.
