We are hiring. Key Account Manager – Institutional Business

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify sales opportunities, assess account potential, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Ensure new products are added to formularies and maximize existing business.
  • Development of long-term relationships with Key Accounts
  • Oversee institutional orders, stock levels, and timely execution with IBR coordination.
  • Track IBR performance, manage payments, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
  • Maintain records, achieve sales targets, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales for product presentations to formulary members and purchasing authorities.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and provide regular updates through Daily Call Reports and meeting feedback.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • Graduate or Bachelor in Pharmacy.
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Key Accounts Business.
  • Proper implementation and understanding of the KAM concept.
