WE’RE HIRING! Sales Executive (Coal Business) – Karachi/Hyderabad
EXPERIENCE: 03 to 05 years of relevant experience in coal industry or similar sector
QUALIFICATION: Graduate (minimum)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume in the coal business.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, expanding the market reach beyond traditional coal consumers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring superior service and support.
- Initiate and manage credit recovery processes to collect outstanding payments while also developing initiatives to recover lost sales and enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with and lead a sales team to drive performance and achieve collective goals.
- Analyze market data and sales trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
