HEAD OF RETAIL – ZEEN
JOB ROLE
- Develop and implement nationwide retail strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor regional retail teams, ensuring deliverables are met and team capabilities are enhanced.
- Plan and execute yearly business calendars, coordinating with supply chain, marketing, VM, and branding teams.
- Prepare and track yearly forecasts with growth targets, ensuring quarterly performance reviews for regional teams.
- Formulate and execute liquidation strategies to meet gross profit targets.
- Accurately forecast regional sales plans, stock availability, and regional performance metrics.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all regions.
- Identify and develop new retail locations based on market research and contribution to gross profit.
- Oversee operational issues, providing solutions through team leadership and capability building.
- Design and implement effective strategies to enhance brand positioning against competitors.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Education: Master’s Degree from a reputable institute.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team development approach.
