WE ARE HIRING Sales Manager (Tele Sales) – US Market

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (Tele Sales) to build and lead a team of outbound sales representatives targeting doctors in the US. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, drive team performance, and ensure revenue targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for EHR and Billing services.
- Train, mentor, and monitor team performance.
- Drive revenue growth and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Foster strong relationships with US-based healthcare providers.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing outbound sales teams, preferably for US markets.
- Strong knowledge of EHR and Medical Billing services.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on team success.
