Associate (HR Operations)
- Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the management of overall HR operations, including, but not limited to, the timely submission of monthly payroll by verifying the CMU file and conducting reconciliation. Additionally, the role involves ensuring health and life insurance coverage for new employees upon joining, as well as managing attendance and leave through Decibel geo-fencing.
- Qualification: Preferably Master’s degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of HR Operations experience with expertise of complete Decibel software is a must. Expertise in the complete Decibel software is a must, and a strong understanding of taxation and relevant laws will be considered an advantage.
Management Trainee (HR Operations)
- Responsibilities: The incumbent will support the HR Operations team by managing hiring entries in Decibel, preparing the insurance fluctuation sheet, processing various letters, handling daily manual and e-filing, assisting with field attendance, and updating bank accounts and notifications in Decibel.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Exposure to HR functions through internships or project work is preferred, along with basic knowledge of HR software (e.g., Decibel) and proficiency in MS Office.
*These positions are based in Karachi.
