Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Record, dispatch, and track dispatches and resolve courier issues promptly.
- Manage office couriers, dispatches, and incoming/outgoing mail efficiently.
- Support in sim issuance to employees and billing process.
- Support in supervising janitorial staff and peons.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in front-desk or admin role
Education: At least Bachelor’s degree
Competencies:
- Strong communication in English & Urdu
- Punctual with strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Friendly and professional approach to visitors.
- Skilled in MS Office and telecommunication tools.
