Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Scientific Operation for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee medical and scientific projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to align timelines, resources, and objectives for successful project execution.
- Support external-facing medical affairs initiatives, including gathering HCP insights, organising advisory boards, roundtable discussions, symposia, one-on-one meetings, medical education opportunities, training sessions, and speaker development.
- Collect, compile, and analyse competitive intelligence reports, utilising HCP insights provided by the Medical Science Liaison.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of educational and scientific materials for healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and proper use of the business offerings.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of scientific and medical data shared internally and externally for both promotional and non-promotional purposes.
- Assist in crafting scientific communications that address HCP needs, promote patient benefit, and maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support medical governance by reviewing, approving, and ensuring all promotional materials and activities comply with LCI and partner organisations’ promotional SOPs, while also assisting with documentation and monitoring of medico-marketing activities.
- Assist in risk management and pharmacovigilance (PV) activities to uphold the high safety standards of the business offerings.
