๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป Minimum Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ & ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐
โก๏ธ Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Direct Sales Manager, Team Lead, or a similar position in the banking sector.
โก๏ธ Proven team management and leadership skills.
โก๏ธ Excellent communication skills.
โก๏ธ Training and development expertise.
โก๏ธ Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
โก๏ธ Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles is a plus.

โก๏ธ Ensure seamless day-to-day operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
