What You’ll Do:
- Assist in managing HR processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize employee lifecycle processes.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- A student or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
