We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Operation Officer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating and monitoring sales in SAMS.
📌Nationally Monthly Secondary sales targets upload in SAMS
📌Maintain and update customer database with accurate client Information, contact detail, and sales record in SAMS Nationally.
📌 Ensure the Booking on mobile application nationally on daily base
📌Monitor the Discount and trader offer on daily base
📌Approved the discount on daily base which they open the new outlet in system
📌Approved the GRN ( Goods Receipts Note ) on town wise received the stock .
📌Share the secondary sales on daily base
📌Organized Distribution sales reports Primary & Secondary SKU wise, Town wise, zone wise
📌Ensure timely deliver the stock to distribution setup and take strong follow ups on it
📌Organize the active sale staff list on excel and as well in SAM.s
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
💼 3+ years of experience
📊 Proficiency in secondary sales software and advanced Excel skills
