What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Industrial Engineer, BBA, or MBA.
- Experience: Fresh graduate.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Canva, and PowerBI.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and facilitate lean projects to drive process improvements in made-ups.
- Identify and implement Kaizens for problem areas to enhance efficiency.
- Lead visual enhancement projects to improve floor conditions.
- Conduct DDW and collect T3/W3 data for analysis.
- Identify lean wastes and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Improve the repository structure of made-ups for enhanced organization and efficiency.
