Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting design and production teams in understanding and implementing garment specifications.
- Supporting the quality control process during garment production.
- Supporting in size grading for Men’s and Women’s categories under supervision.
- Gaining and applying knowledge of basic pattern-making techniques.
- Helping to address and resolve minor technical issues in garment construction.
- Keeping track of new trends and developments in garment technology and design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Apparel Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a garment-related role.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
