YKK Pakistan Private Limited is seeking a “Customer Support Officer” for our Lahore Sales Office, located at Gulberg, Jail Road, Lahore, Pakistan.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the effective flow of the sales order process.
  2. Prepare and share P/I (Proforma Invoice) with customers and follow up until approval.
  3. Manage response time for daily customer queries.
  4. Share ready dates with customers and secure approvals for applying NOCs.
  5. Coordinate with the Export and Supply Chain sections based on customer requests and follow up on order completion.
  6. Prepare discount sheets and ensure discounts are accurately updated in the system.
  7. Create item registration forms and facilitate the registration of items and prices.
  8. File documents post-shipment, including order history and payment records.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Com or BBA from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the textile industry.

Skills:

  1. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Product knowledge and market research capabilities.
  4. Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office operations.
  5. Negotiation and follow-up skills.
  6. Teamwork and time management abilities.
