Job Title: Production Manager (Knitwear & Apparels)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the execution plan of Cut to pack production process.
- Administrating production costs, billing reports and budgets.
- Directing Production Floors to ensure the smooth production process.
- Develop and implement operation systems, policies and production processes to maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor production and operations closely with quality.
- Managing large scale operational contracts.
- Drive for continuous improvement for manufacturing cost, KPI, quality, lead-time, process capability.
Requirements:
- Experience in garment production management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and lean manufacturing principles.
Experience:8 years of Experience in a reputed Textile company Knitwear
Qualification/Degree: Graduation, Master will be preferred.
Expertise: Product Knowledge, Positive, Team Lead, MS office, Good in Communication Skills.
