Qualification & Experience: BSIT or equivalent along with 1-2 years of relevant experience along with sound knowledge of network devices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application errors.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, operating systems, and applications. - Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
