BachaaParty is seeking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ – ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ง๐๐.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
๐จ Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring sufficient funds to meet operational requirements.
๐จ Monitor and manage the companyโs cash position and report on cash flow forecasts.
๐จ Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funds transfers, FX transactions, and other treasury-related activities.
๐จ Optimize the use of cash resources and support investment decisions in line with company policies.
๐จ Supervise the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
๐จ Implement control procedures to ensure payments are made in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
๐จ Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
๐จ Review and approve payment runs, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
๐จ Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury and payable functions.
๐จ Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
๐จ Implement automation tools and systems for effective treasury and accounts payable operations.
๐จ Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity position, and payment status.
๐จ Analyze financial data and provide insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
๐จ Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess treasury and payable operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
๐จ Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (A professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or CPA is a plus.)
๐จ Minimum of 5 years in treasury, cash management, or accounts payable functions, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
๐จ Strong understanding of cash flow management, payments processing, and accounts payable operations.
๐จ Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
๐จ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
๐จ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
