Qualification:
- 16 years of education preferably in Textile/Industrial Engineering or in Business Management.
Experience:
- 10-12 years experience preferably in Towel Industry with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/management role.
- In-depth knowledge of towel production processes, including weaving, dyeing, finishing, and quality control.
- Familiarity with global market trends and customer preferences in towel industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
