We’re Hiring! Fixed Network Engineer
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Field Experience
Qualification: Bachelors in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering
Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of telecom protocols and technologies
- Hands-on experience with Huawei fixed and core network solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Required Technical Expertise:
- Huawei ATN (Access Transmission Network) models: 9500, 9700, 9800
- Huawei OSN (Optical Service Network) models: 3500, 6800, 8800
- Huawei NetEngine routers: NE40E, NE80E
- Experience with Huawei’s iManager U2000 and NMS (Network Management System)
- Familiarity with fiber optic networks and transmission technologies (e.g., SDH, DWDM)
- OLT (Optical Line Terminal)
- EA5800-X2, AX EA5800-X2
- Active ports and protection ports configuration knowledge
- Equipment configuration knowledge and installation parameters and it’s checkpoint
- Port to port uplink and Downlink
- ODF (Optical Distribution Frame)
