We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager – Talent & Culture to join our team and drive recruitment and cultural initiatives at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, contribute to creating an inclusive workplace, and play a key role in shaping our company’s culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles across the company, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the FMCG sector.
- Promote the company’s employer brand by enhancing its visibility on social media, job boards, and at recruitment events.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, university career events, and networking opportunities to attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to ensure consistent communication of the company’s culture and values in all recruitment efforts.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture.
- Work with department heads to ensure proper orientation and induction programs for new employees.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Act as a culture ambassador by organizing and promoting events that reflect the company’s values and mission.
- Engage with employees to gather feedback on cultural initiatives and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Ensure that the recruitment process aligns with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
- Promote diverse hiring practices and foster an inclusive culture within the workplace.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a positive company culture and promote the company’s values.
- Proficient in using HR software and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Quality Compliance & Documentation to join our team at Port Qasim, Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with national and international food safety standards, managing documentation processes, and supporting internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry regulations (SFA, PFA & PSQCA etc.).
- Manage compliance documentation, including the maintenance, review, and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Food Industry.
- Able to manage Export documentation in line with international compliances, i.e., Codex, EU, FDA etc.
- Conduct internal audits, support external inspections, and collaborate with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate compliance-related training sessions to ensure employee awareness of key policies and regulations.
- Promote compliance culture within the organization.
- Hand-on experience in Regulations and standards for food safety and compliance.
Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- MS Office.
- Should have FSSC 22000 LAC certification.
