HEAD OF SECURITY (M2)
- Develop and enforce security policies to protect company assets and personnel.
- Oversee security planning and management of expatriates.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to reduce security risks.
- Lead, hire and train team of 100+ security staff.
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate security into business operations.
- Perform regular security audits and update emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies to strengthen security.
- Ensure the safety and security of all incoming and outgoing personnel and materials.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 8-10 Years of Relevant Experience (Preferably Retired from military service at the rank of Major or above)
