STAFF NURSE
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS, KARACHI
JOB SUMMARY:
Staff nurse responsible to promotes and restores patients’ health by completing the nurse process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. Providing physical and psychological support to patient and families.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handing and taking over of the patients, check patient file, medication, and investigation of the patient.
- Assess the patient’s condition and response to the treatment.
- Monitor patient’s progress and notify change to the physician.
- Document medical information, events, check vital sign and mark on patient file.
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualification: Matric / Intermediate Professional Qualification: Diploma in nursing / BSCN Experience: 2 years of experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Basic knowledge of nursing profession: strong desire to improve standards
- Basic computer knowledge & skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aware of how risk management impact on role as a nurse.
- Critical thinking skills; prioritizing skills.
