Key Responsibilities
HVAC cooling and heating load calculations
Able to perform sizing and selection of piping, valves, fittings, submersible pumps and water distribution pumps
Capable of using HAP software OR Elite software for load calculations and equipment sizing
Planning and designing of HVAC centralized and de-centralized system with detailed layouts, sections and schematic
Knowledge of fire fighting and suppression system for buildings according to NFPA and International mechanical code
Strong/good knowledge of standards i.e AHSRAE, ANSI, Carrier and equivalent
Prepare drawings, BOQ and cost estimation and technical specs
Having knowledge of fire suppression systems including hydrants and sprinkler systems
Job Requirements
Bachelor / Master Degree in civil or mechanical engineering from a reputed university.
Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in relevant field. Experience in power plants or renewable sector is preferred.
Good command of spoken & written English, good communication with stakeholders.
Ability to work on strict deadlines in a team environment
Frequent travel required (domestic and international).
Working location: Karachi.
