𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 .
• Having good command on features phone sales.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets, conduct performance reviews, and promote a collaborative work environment
• Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
• Ensure stock availability to retailers through effective coordination with MD management, aiming for maximum market coverage and optimal product placement.
• Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Regularly compare sales targets against achievements, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Ensure effective placement and utilization of POS materials and oversee visual merchandising to enhance brand visibility and store appeal.
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Defining and executing territory sales plans.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Minimum 4-5 year of Sales experience in Mobile phone industry.
2. Excellence communication skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Good team handling skills.
