Responsible for: managing and growing the foam product sales through digital platforms, ensuring smooth online operations, promoting products, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction to meet sales targets.
Role Description:
- Manage product listings and sales on the company website
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online platforms
- Collaborate with marketing for online promotions and ad campaigns
- Visit customer locations to ensure timely deliveries and enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee order processing, delivery, and follow-up for online sales
- Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends
Qualification: Minimum Graduation Relevant Experience: 1 to 2 years (Preferably in online sales) Location: S.I.T.E Area, Gulbai – Karachi
