Overview: As a TSE you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within your assigned territory in Karachi. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or Edible Oil industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to formulate appropriate responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and distribution, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a graduate-level education.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on FMCG or the Edible Oil industry.
- Strong understanding of the Karachi market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Strong understanding of managing Sales through Secondary Sales Software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in MS Office applications.
