OFFICE COORDINATOR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team! As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Maintain office filing systems
- Email Drafting
- Provide general administrative support to the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum bachelor’s / master’s degree
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
- Previous experience in office administration preferred
ELIGIBILITY:
- Education: B.com / BBA
- Experience: At least one year of experience will be preferred
- Location: Head Office, Lahore
