WE ARE HIRING Assistant Manager QC
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily quality control activities to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to standards.
- Develop and implement quality control testing protocols and procedures.
- Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct regular reviews of quality control processes to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
- Lead, train, and manage quality control staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the quality control team.
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on quality control metrics and present findings to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality control within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
