BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 (𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧).
Responsibilities:
o Lead design projects for the teens section, ensuring innovative and marketable fashion concepts.
o Develop and execute creative design ideas that appeal to the teen demographic.
o Create detailed fashion illustrations and technical sketches.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure cohesive and successful collections.
o Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
o Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and patterns that align with the design vision.
Requirements:
o Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on the teens market.
o Proficiency in illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
o Strong portfolio showcasing high-end fashion designs and innovative concepts.
o Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
o Strong communication and teamwork skills.
