In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following positions in the area of Risk Management.
The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:
Position / Job Title: CAD Executive (AVP / VP)
- Reporting to: Islamic CAD Manager
- Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidate having Master’s Degree and / or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of banking experience, out of which 03 years in credit administration and / or credit operations.
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Sound knowledge of Credit Documentation / Pledge Operations / Corporate and SME credit portfolio.
- Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring / reporting.
- Good team management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To assist in performing scrutiny of Sanction Advice / FOL with reference to Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB) / Islamic Structure / Seasonal Policies.
- To assist in issuance of Disbursement Authorization Certificates for Islamic retail products.
- To assist in selection of Bank’s Legal Advisor (BLA) and allocation of assignments to BLA (where needed).
- To prepare standard documentation i.e. IBs, for structured, consumer, commercial / corporate accounts as per Islamic banking.
- To prepare non-standard documentation through BLA (where assigned).
- To assist in registration of charge with SECP / STR through BLA along with Registration of Mortgages and Marking of lien with concerned registrars / Revenue Offices, through BLA.
- To seek Genuineness Certificate from BLA, regarding physical verification of title documents from the concerned property record.
- Seek Perfection Certificate from BLA over the charge / finance documentation to ensure that the documents are in perfect order and are legally enforceable, before disbursement (where required).
- To prepare / review Disbursement Authorization Certificate for all Islamic structures, SME, commercial / corporate accounts including seasonal finance and agriculture finance (Non-Gold), where assigned.
- To handle / maintain security / finance documents.
- To maintain relevant register including safe-in and safe-out register (where required).
- To ensure Insurance / Takaful arrangement / policies tendered by the customers, are valid, backed by the premium paid receipt (in original), covering all the required risks as per Sanction Advice / Bank’s Policies.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
- Place of Posting: Lahore
Position / Job Title: CAD Officer – Documentation (OG-III / OG-II)
- Reporting to: Regional Executive – Credit Administration Division
- Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having Master’s Degree and / or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of banking experience, out of which 02 years in credit administration and / or credit operations.
- Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Sound knowledge of Credit Documentation / Pledge Operations / Corporate and SME credit portfolio.
- Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring / reporting.
- Good team management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.

- To ensure insurance arrangement / policies tendered by the customers, are valid, backed by the premium paid receipt (in original), covering all the required risks and as per Sanction Advice / Bank’s Policies.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
- Place of Posting: Mirpur Khas and Multan
- Assessment Test / Interview(s): Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and / or panel interview(s).
- Employment Type: The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
