Urgently looking for “Operation Officer” for our Peshawar Office.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree with relevant 01 years of experience. Candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
·Supervise administrative functions such as printing delivery receipts, manifest shipments, pick-up sheets, delivery run sheets etc.
·Ensure all airway bills are duly entered in the system.
·Ensure accuracy and reliability of data being fed in the systems.
·Strive to meet service standards as set by the company.
·Monitor actual performance data and gather information for reporting.
·Communicate with Sales team to ensure customers’ and company’s needs are met.
·Manage the day to day operational issues and queries of customers.
·Identify shipments moving at incorrect weight and classification.
·Perform other duties as required by management.
