Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is looking for an experienced 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞 Stores.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:-Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail fashion industry
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Graduate
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:-
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store sales and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of products at all time
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, implementing necessary changes to drive revenue
- Train, supervise, and motivate retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store’s appearance
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and manage store expenses to ensure budget adherence
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
