Qualification: BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / Part ACCA/ ACCA/ Part CA
Experience & Expertise:
- Knowledge of Companies Act, PSX Rules Book and relevant Regulations is a must.
- Having understanding of Corporate Actions, Share Registrar Services, and Corporate Affairs Department, is an essential part of the job.

· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage time and priorities appropriately

· Team Player
