We are looking for a “District Manager – Central”.
Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly and annually targets
- Plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Ensure all stores comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and audit requirements
- Set goals and objectives for assigned stores and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Recruit, hire & train new store employees
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective team management and ongoing training initiatives
- Motivate team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and operational guidelines
- Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement
- Generate reports for upper management to provide valuable insights
- Contribute to expansion planning for the assigned region
- Maintain store profitability through effective cost optimization strategies
Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience, along with a Bachelors/Master’s degree in in the relevant field.
