𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
MBA/M.COM/ACCA part qualified with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Processing of finance documents – BBFS / LAF (Renewal/ Fresh/ Extension).
- Management of funds for daily working capital requirement.
- Issuance of bank guarantees.
- Assisting team / follow up with bank for issuance of letter of credit.
- Monitoring cash management & Transaction banking functions of group companies
- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly treasury reporting.
- Following up with banks for all the issues and matters related to treasury and trade.
- Dealing with banks on export / import rate negotiations and other related financing requirements.
- Monitoring overall documentation for settlement of Import LCs and other banking facilities
- Arrangements of tax certificates & proceed realization certificates from all banks.
- Account Opening/ Signatory Addition, Deletion from bank accounts.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Experience with ERP (SAP) will be an added advantage.
Good analytical skills along with strong interpersonal & communication skills.

MBA or equivalent professional degree with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Drive strategic vision of Business Units/Divisions in line with the Group’s vision to inspire action.
- Set direction of the divisions to achieve business plans; Lead negotiations with the Principals / Partners; Supervise and contribute to the development of Business Plans and ensure effective and timely implementation to achieve objectives.
- Provide support to the Divisions/BU management team
- Supervise and contribute to the development of competitive strategies for business and ensure their proper implementation
- Oversee the development and implementation of plans in line with business division’s direction
- Monitor and guide in the strategic alignment of goals and the annual budget and ensure its implementation, achievement, and necessary modifications as and when required
- Direct and ensure ongoing competitor analysis, forecast and guide the sales teams to evaluate and adjust sales goals, plannings and strategies accordingly
- Develop and implement planning & strategy policies
- Analyze performance of the sales & planning team with respect to the risks and opportunities
- Responsible for the overall smooth functioning of the plans & strategies devised
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, by-laws, and local authority directives
- Guide and assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy plans/strategies problems to run all operations smoothly
- Monitoring tracking of strategic goals of business
- Reporting and analysis (business performance reports)
- Maintenance of Strategy Dashboard
- Coordinate External MC Meetings
- Creating Feasibilities of new business initiative evaluate and adjust sales goals, plannings and strategies accordingly.
