Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as Assistant Manager Compensation & HR Operations in Central Office, Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, including processing staff payroll, handling final settlements, overseeing staff Health and Life Insurance programs, addressing staff grievances, managing disciplinary issues, dealing with audits matters and ensuring compliance with statutory and labor law matters.
In addition, you will also have the opportunity to work on HR automation and system design, making a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
The ideal candidate should have master’s degree in human resource or any other related discipline with 4 or more years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidate having experience of working with ERP systems, particularly MS Dynamics 365, and possess expertise in MS Office applications especially Excel.
