Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
• Supervise the operations of our mess and canteen facilities, maintaining high standards of hygiene and service quality.
• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our mosque, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for worshippers.
• Manage housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness and organization throughout our premises.
• Ensure the comfort and well-being of residents in our dormitory accommodations.
• Coordinate accommodations and services for company guests, providing exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Manage transportation arrangements for employees, ensuring punctuality and efficiency in commuting services.
• Ensure maintenance of the interior and exterior of the Company building.
• Provide support in events management where and when required by the company.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Minimum graduation – MBA will be preferred.
• Army retired – Captain rank minimum.
• Must have experience of serving in Textile Sector in Administration.
• Must have good management and leadership skills.
